This agreement keeps things clear and simple — so your service runs smoothly and your vehicle stays protected from start to finish.
Getting ready
To keep your appointment smooth and safe, please remove valuables and loose personal items, make the vehicle accessible, and share any parking, key-handoff, or access instructions ahead of time. Our How to Prepare guide makes it easy.
Your vehicle is protected
Detailing can reveal conditions that were already there — including worn clear coat, stains, scratches, fading, loose trim, damaged upholstery, or prior repair work. We complete a careful pre-inspection and flag anything we notice, but Diamond Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or age-related wear that becomes visible during service. Letting us know about sensitive areas ahead of time helps us protect them.
What to expect
Every appointment is performed with professional-grade products and methods selected for your vehicle. Most surface dirt, interior buildup, pet hair, and light staining respond beautifully; deeply set stains, odors, oxidation, scratches, and wear may not be fully removable depending on their age and condition. We will always be upfront about what is realistic before we begin.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless arranged otherwise in writing. If no one will be present at the appointment, we will arrange payment beforehand. Any deposit is applied toward your service.
Safety
Your safety and ours come first. Please let us know about electrical concerns, pets, garage or parking restrictions, aftermarket electronics, fragile trim, or any vehicle condition that affects safe service.
Authorization
